Digital Knowledge about communication strategy and ecommerce in luxury segment

Context

The aim of the project was to update the management team of P&G Prestige and share with them relevant data about digital strategies and e-commerce in the luxury segment. P&G Prestige, part of the group Procter & Gamble, was number 2 in the perfume industry worldwide and in the top 5 within the luxury market for beauty products, skincare and makeup. At the time, P&G Prestige managed 18 brands in its portfolio, names like: Dolce&Gabbana, Gucci, Stella McCartney, Alexander McQueen, Hugo Boss, Lacoste and SK-II.

Solution

For P&G Prestige, Figmenta conducted a series of seminars and workshops called “Luxe & digital” in which we studied and presented best practice in communication strategy best practices and e-commerce insights in the fashion and luxury sector. The seminars displayed presented a series of case studies portraying the best practices in this sector, focusing on technology, platforms and trends.
