CONTEXT

Ripar Cosmetics, Italian cosmetics and beauty brand whose core value is the enhancement of natural beauty, needed to improve its online positioning, increase the brand awareness and make the community grow. Therefore, the main objective was to redefine the communicative approach, by enhancing their core values and focusing on a more emotional and engaging attitude, with recognisable visual contents.

CHALLENGE

Ripar Cosmetics wanted to reach final users, both B2B and especially B2C through its digital channels, make the community grow, boost the engagement and lastly, increase conversion rate.

SOLUTION

We created and implemented a digital communication strategy, taking into account the target audience, aimed at developing an emotional engagement and stimulating conversion, by offering relevant contents, capable of creating a moment of contact between brand and consumers. In addition to monthly editorial calendars, we provide the brand with digital communication support during events, both in terms of content creation and real time social media coverage. We set up video and photo shootings, from models scouting to material production. Moreover, we manage all ADV activities, for the purpose of reaching a wider audience and increasing the conversion rate.
