Objective

To successfully launch and maintain the brand on the Italian Market. To promote the opening of the first Flagship store in Milan, Italy. Promoting the brand and increasing its awareness online and offline. To increase the number of sales in Italy. 

Solution

We have organized and managed the three Opening Events of the first Flagship store in Italy, from the logistics to the entertainment and social media live coverage; the first one dedicated to press, the second one to Beauty Influencers and the last one to the public. We have created all communication and press material dedicated to the launch, while also managing the online and offline press relationships, before, during and after the events. We have developed and managed Influencer marketing campaigns aimed at increasing the brand and products’ awareness, as well as increasing the number of sales.
