Objective
To support the UAE launch of the OOKA Sense Station by shaping a clear product strategy and designing a digital platform that communicates innovation, simplifies product education, and elevates user experience.


Product Strategy
Our goal was to help position OOKA not only as a new device but as a redefinition of the shisha ritual—cleaner, smarter, and more accessible. We collaborated closely with the internal team to frame the product offering, define digital architecture, and bring functionality and storytelling into alignment.
We focused on developing a structure that clearly communicates the device’s technological edge, versatility, and ease of use—without overwhelming the user. Taglines, interactive design elements, and navigation paths were all crafted to support this seamless introduction.
Product Design
We designed the website as an interactive walkthrough of the OOKA Sense Station—built to inform, engage, and convert.
Product Exploration: A 360° interactive model allows users to explore the OOKA Sense Station in detail, revealing its core components and clean design.
Smart Navigation: A fixed, minimal menu ensures smooth transitions across content sections, allowing for intuitive discovery.
Pod System Presentation: The pod technology is introduced with simple, visual storytelling—highlighting variety, ease of use, and the smart heat-adaptive mechanism.
Lifestyle Integration: We enhanced user experience by visually framing how the product fits into modern daily rituals—emphasizing convenience, social connection, and aesthetic appeal.
Tech Breakdown: Key innovations are brought to life using scroll-triggered 3D animations, helping users understand smart features like auto-adjusting heat, long battery life, and easy cleaning.
Conversion Flow: Dedicated sections guide users to shop the Sense Station, explore accessories, and find product support—streamlined for clarity and action.










Outcome
The UAE launch positioned OOKA as a category-defining product, with the website acting as its most powerful ambassador. A combination of experiential design, purposeful animations, and strategic storytelling helped shift user perception from product curiosity to genuine lifestyle desire.
