Viero Paints, part of Cromology, is an Italian brand that produce decorative finishes for interiors and exteriors more than 50 years, that offers specific training courses and services to its target – mainly consist of decoration professionals and applicators.

Promoting the brand and increasing its awareness online and offline.

____solution

Figmenta has created a multichannel digital strategy aimed to increase brand awareness and by giving a renewed and cutting-edge brand image: this has also allowed us to catch new customers, to respond the needs of the audience and to increase sales both online and offline.

We have specifically worked on the design and development of the official website and e-commerce, whose launch was supported by communication and advertising campaigns on social media and on Google Adwords, through e-mail marketing and Display campaigns.

The app – available for iOS and Android -, made it possible to further increase sales and provide valuable support to applicators while they are working. To create synergy between online and offline activities, we supported the brand at the Made Expo 2019: during the event we presented a live demo of e-commerce, giving visitors the possibility to test all the services and features. The result was a significant increase in subscriptions and orders on the store, and reinforcing also the network of partners associated with Viero.
