Objective
To create the brand’s social media identity and create a strategy of digital communication. To develop the digital strategy for supporting the opening of the salon. Promoting the opening of the salon in Milan’s area and increasing the number of clients.
Solution
We have developed the brand’s digital communication guidelines, establishing its tone of voice, its storytelling concepts and values, consistency of topics and visual features. We developed the digital strategy to include the creation of content with a strong focus on storytelling, and paid advertising campaigns with a “Drive to store” call to action. We have developed and managed paid campaigns via social media optimized purely for inticing new clients, leads, and also increasing the awareness of the brand and salon. We organized the opening event of the salon, right from the initial logistics to the suppliers’ management, to the printed material and PR activities.We also manage the social media communications on a daily basis with its related community through engagement and growth activations.
