Nioxin’s scientific approach in alleviating some of the most devastating and common hair problems, namely that of hair thinning and/or falling out, presented a great challenge in terms of communication. The main goal was to be able to promote the brand through positive and friendly language without invoking feelings from its targeted audience that it was treating hair ‘diseases’ as such.
We developed an integrated digital strategy that included AdWords, Youtube, Facebook and Chatbots for CRM. For a complete digital presence, we also involved industry influencers. These personalities will have an engaging and empathetic influence over consumers’ purchasing decisions, through normalizing conditions that many conceal and suffer from, finding them difficult to manage.
