Objective

To improve the online brand positioning; to increase the brand and product awareness; to grow the B2B and B2C community on social media and increase its engagement with consumers. Also to increase the conversion rate.

Solution

We have managed to develop a digital communication strategy which involved the creation of emotional content, to invoke contact between brands and users. We have provided the brand with digital communication support during events held offline, both in terms of creating their content, their digital advertisements and the live coverage of their social media platforms. We have set up and managed photo and video shootings, from the initial model scouting to the material production. We have managed all of their paid advertising campaigns, aimed to grow their fanbase and increase the conversion rate, both on social media and through google adwords. We have additionally managed their social media communications on a daily basis, through engagement and growth activations with its targeted and related community.
